Cool hotel with spotlessly clean and stylish rooms and a private bathroom. Favourable and perfect location, GOOD area, just next door to the highest Czech mountain. For tea or coffee visit Kovarna Cafe & Restaurant nearby.

I greatly enjoyed this modern place, stayed there for 2 nights. All the stuff was excellant and amiable, tackled my issues. Stayed in fantastic superior king room with comfy bed. There where tea and coffee making equipment, and glassware in the room too. The hotel was in a particularly good position really close to cable car leading to the highest Czech mountain, the restaurant, reception, and wellness, and the mountains.
The staff were disappointing, didn't expect that coming.

The extensive breakfast buffet provided a good mix of options, including fresh fruits and even sparkling wine.
The lack of clear communication regarding the spa hours, particularly for children, was frustrating .

The design of the hotel is stylish and comfortable.
Our expectations for service were not met . The room cleaning was inconsistent. On one occasion, it was done very late in the day. We also found the breakfast options to be limited, with only one type of egg available, and the quality was lacking compared to our previous visits.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The bathroom shower design led to water issues. A heads-up about the child spa hours would have been appreciated. For parents, keep in mind food options are limited. Consider parking costs beforehand.
